Zahyon & Harper was founded by Irina Berko, who built the house on a simple conviction: the people you welcome into your home, and the person you trust to act for you when you cannot be there, deserve the same care you give your own family.
She oversees every placement and every mission personally, and remains the family's direct point of contact from the first conversation onward.
Zahyon & Harper was born from a personal understanding of what it means to entrust your children, your home and your everyday life to someone else. That understanding shapes every placement we make, quietly, carefully, and with the discretion an international family expects.
We are not a booking platform, and we do not offer "a nanny by the hour." Every family who comes to us receives a considered search, a personal shortlist and a placement we stay involved in, from the first conversation to the day your household is settled.
