When a family, a personal assistant or a family office cannot be physically present in France, Zahyon & Harper can be mandated to act on their behalf, discreetly and reliably, wherever the mission takes place.
Every mission is defined, quoted and confirmed before we act.
We do not sell hours or a subscription. We define the mission with you, from a single property visit to a recurring on-site presence, and confirm it as a discreet, personal assignment carried out on your behalf in France.
Missions can take place anywhere in France. Travel, accommodation and local transport are quoted and billed separately, and are never advanced by Zahyon & Harper. A mission is confirmed only once it has been accepted and paid for according to our terms.

This is not a concierge service.
We do not book restaurants, yachts, flowers, tickets or shopping, and we do not run a menu of lifestyle services. Our value is a trusted human presence, ours, standing in for yours, when you cannot be there yourself.
A direct relationship, by mandate.
Zahyon & Harper acts as an independent representative in France for an international clientele. The house can be mandated directly by a family, or by their representative, to carry out a specific mission requiring a physical presence in France.
Personal assistants, family offices and other representatives are welcome interlocutors of Zahyon & Harper. Zahyon & Harper does not act as their permanent assistant or subcontractor; each mission is mandated directly and on its own terms.
